Our Story

CLE was established in 2013 by Mr A M Hill to provide the Civil Laboratory Industry with Quality Testing Equipment to compete with high international standards.

Starting from a small business he grew the enterprise into a leading supplier in the Industry and saw the need to not only provide Higher Quality Equipment, but also raise the training bar by compiling practical and accredited courses engineered to educate technicians and operators in the safe and correct use of Equipment based on SANS Test Methods.

CLTA was born in 2017 with a new Idea of cementing a New Standard in the Industry where Companies can now send their employees to be trained in the correct use of equipment as well as the correct testing procedures.

After extensive research and development we took the initiative to develop a a growing number of training programs through SAQA (South African Qualification Authority) on the NQF (National Qualification Framework) to provide training on an Accredited Unit Standard through CETA (Construction Education and Training Authority). Providing you with a Certified Qualification earning credit points to your future.

A Motivational program was implemented to create a positive attitude towards their own lives, as well as at work, learning to work together as a team and to achieve set goals. Skills programs are also available to ensure that your employees are trained to competent level on the basic needs of Construction Health and Safety Regulations. Making CLE & CLTA the only one of its kind, one stop facility to ensure Quality Equipment and Accredited Training.
